Glossary of Terms

Iinflammation of vertebrae:

Strain felt by somebody:
mental, emotional, or physical strain caused, e.g. by anxiety or overwork. It may cause such symptoms as raised blood pressure, contraction in the muscles, pain, discomfort, depression etc.... Pain in the head :
a pain in the head lasting for some time caused by stress, strain changes in pressure in the blood vessels leading to and from the brain [head•ach•yadj]

Difficulty in sleeping :
Inability to fall asleep or to remain asleep long enough to feel rested, especially when this is a problem that continues over time and constant alteration in the biological clock, stress etc… [Early 17th century. < Latin < insomnis "sleepless" < somnus

Difficulty in the monthly discharge from womb:
The monthly process of discharging blood which becomes difficult, irregular and painful happens in women and “females”who are not pregnant [Noun men•stru•a•tion]

Back pain is a very common complaint during pregnancy
estimated that 80% of all pregnant women suffer from it to some extent. It is caused by a variety of factors, the major one being, of course, the extra weight which must be carried around during that time. There is also a tendency for existing injuries or history of back pain to resurface.
